Travel & Out of Hours Costs

Please note we bill for travel time when the job is located out-with Greater Glasgow boundaries. *Travel time is charged at £15 per hour

Per quarter billing will commence after the first hour of service and is charged at £7.50 per qrtr

Please note that costs for out of hours work (after 6pm) and weekends are charged at 1.5x the standard rate and 2x the standard rate for public holidays.

Quotations are valid for acceptance for 21 days

 

Making a booking

The access2safety team will quote fees to the client based on the contents and conditions of the assignment. A service agreement pack will be sent to the client containing terms & conditions of service.

Once the terms & conditions have been signed and returned to the A2S team the booking will be confirmed and terms and conditions (including cancellation fees) will then apply, the booking will be confirmed by email.

Within 7-10 days after the session is complete the A2S team will contact the client to obtain feedback about the session. This feedback is for internal purposes only and no identifying information will be shared with project partners unless without obtaining prior permission from the client.

Cancellation policy

Once the booking has been confirmed cancellation fees will apply if cancelled by the client.

Please note that the language support staff is not responsible should they be delayed or unable to attend the assignment due to unforeseen circumstances (eg accident / transport cancellation or delays). However we will endeavour to meet the needs of the client using the resources we have available at that time.
